Chantelle Denstedt has spent more than 35 years in the technology industry, moving from programmer through to Systems Analyst, Project Manager, and ultimately Head of IT within local government, building a reputation for strategic leadership in a field that wasn’t exactly designed with women in mind.

But even while building that corporate career, she never stopped building on the side. Over the years she quietly ran businesses in parallel, including a jewelry venture she started with her teenage daughter as a hands-on way to teach confidence, creativity, and financial literacy. It was her own deep work with mindset modalities that ultimately gave her the courage to step fully into entrepreneurship, and that experience is exactly why she does what she does today.
